I greatly enjoyed the room, the bed was comfortable. Location: the hotel was near the town centre, and the center. I came across Osteria Grassini, it was at a medium distance from the property, offered nice shots.

We had a fantastic experience at Casa Mater Ecclesiae in Massa Marittima. the tranquility and stunning views were truly enjoyable. We were also impressed with their involvement in charity work, as they invited Ukrainian school children to visit the area and even arranged a meeting with the Pope at the Vatican. the rooms were exceptionally clean, and the staff, especially Phillip, were incredibly accommodating. Being located near the old part of town added to the charm, allowing us to experience a different side of Italy. we had a wonderful stay and would definitely choose Casa Mater Ecclesiae again.
Nothing at all! 😊

The rooms at Casa Mater Ecclesiae are amazing! You truly feel like you're at home. The private bathroom with the bidet and free toiletries is a nice touch. Plus, the city view from the room is simply breathtaking. I loved having a desk in the room too, perfect for getting some work done. And the bed linen was so cozy!
The only thing that I didn't love was the fact that there weren't any fancy amenities available. But hey, I'm the type of guest who prefers a more laid-back and simple experience.

The tranquility and breathtaking view were mind-blowing. The hotel's involvement in charity work, inviting children from Ukraine and arranging a visit to the Pope, was super impressive. The friendly staff, clean rooms, and absence of TV sets created a peaceful atmosphere. The simple, yet clean, bathroom and minimal toiletries were in line with the affordable price. Free Wi-Fi in public areas was a plus. The basic, but good, breakfast could have been elevated with the addition of fresh fruit. The pet-friendly policy and beautiful walking path along the city walls were jaw-dropping. Good value for money in a picturesque Tuscan town near the beach.

The rooms at Casa Mater Ecclesiae were absolutely amazing! The private bathroom had all the necessary amenities, and the free toiletries were a nice touch. The city view from our room was breathtaking, making our stay even more memorable. With a desk in the room, it was convenient for us to catch up on work or plan our daily activities. The bed linen was clean, cozy, and gave us a comfortable night's sleep.
But, I have to admit, I wasn't a fan of the bidet in the bathroom. It's just a personal preference, and I know some might still find it useful.
